Light gold with fine perlage. Citrus peel, green apple, white pepper, toasted hazelnut and saline-mineral lines; tense, precise palate with high acidity and a long stony finish.

釀造方式
 
Traditional method (Metodo Classico): hand-harvested grapes, gentle pressing, base wines fermented (some in small oak casks), tirage and extended lees aging (~48 months), disgorged with no dosage (zero sugar).
