釀造方式
 
Metodo Classico (traditional method). Single-bunch washing/drying, fermentation 7 months in temperature-controlled stainless steel, 25 months sur-lie aging, disgorgement and Extra Brut dosage (~2.5 g/L). Grapes from certified organic vineyards.
