Bright straw-yellow; aromas of citrus, green apple, linden and toasted brioche with hints of acacia honey and almond. Lively acidity, fine persistent mousse, mineral backbone and a dry almond-tinged finish.

釀造方式
 
Metodo Classico (traditional method). Hand-harvested, bunch washing/drying, stainless-steel fermentation of base wines, blended with reserve wines, ~25 months on lees, Extra Brut dosage and oxygen-controlled disgorgement.
