Bright straw-yellow with aromas of citrus, white flowers, acacia honey and tropical fruit over subtle mineral and toasted notes. Palate is layered, sapid and balanced, with fine oak texture, crisp acidity and a long saline finish.

Western: antipasti, grilled or roasted fish, seafood risotto, shellfish, roasted chicken. Asian: sushi and sashimi, tempura, steamed shellfish, miso-glazed fish, light Thai or Vietnamese fish curries.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested; bunches are washed and dried. Fermented in small oak barrels and temperature-controlled stainless steel; aged 6–8 months and bottled with minimal oxygen exposure.
 

 
酒莊資訊
 
Ca' del Bosco, a leading Franciacorta producer (first still wine 1972), renamed this Curtefranca Bianco 'Corte del Lupo' from 2017. Fruit comes from selected, certified-organic vineyards in Erbusco, Cazzago San Martino and Passirano.
