Bright golden color with very fine perlage. Nose of brioche, baked apple, citrus peel, honey, almond and subtle smoke. Creamy, mineral palate with vivid acidity, stone-fruit core and long saline finish.

Western: oysters, scallops, lobster, creamy risotto, roast chicken, soft and semi-aged cheeses. Asian: sashimi/sushi, tempura, miso-glazed cod, lightly spiced Thai seafood, Cantonese steamed fish.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Metodo Classico (traditional bottle fermentation); base wines partly fermented in small oak barrels (≈6 months), malolactic, aged on lees ~8+ years; Dosage: Dosage Zéro.
