Cool‑climate Shiraz: blackberry and plum with black pepper, forest‑floor/mineral and earthy spice; co‑fermented Viognier adds floral richness. Silky texture, bright acidity and long, refined tannins.

Hand‑picked fruit; natural fermentation with ~15–20% whole bunches and typically 2–4% Viognier co‑fermented; ~19 days on skins; matured ~18 months in French oak (≈20% new).
