Perfumed Nebbiolo with rose and violet, red cherry, pomegranate and raspberry, plus tobacco, licorice and star-anise spice. Bright acidity, firm silky tannins and pronounced mineral undercurrent; long, spicy finish.

Western: braised beef, osso buco, mushroom risotto, roasted pork, aged Parmigiano. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, beef bulgogi, shiitake mushroom dishes, soy-glazed pork, Sichuan-style dishes (moderate spice).
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested Nebbiolo; fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel with selected/native yeasts, extended maceration; aged 12–18 months in French oak (small barrels and larger casks) then bottle-aged.
