Rich dried fruits, dark chocolate, candied orange, toasted almonds and treacle toffee, with gentle coastal peat smoke and a saline, warming spiced finish.

釀造方式
 
Distilled in copper pot stills; matured at least 15 years in American ex-bourbon casks and finished in European Oloroso sherry casks (notably final 3 years).
