Deep cherry-purple. Concentrated ripe red fruits—blackberry, plum and strawberry—with floral hints, leather, vanilla and a sweet, smoky edge. Rich, well-structured, with pleasant sweet tannins and a generous finish.

Western: grilled or roasted red meats, barbecue, lamb, stews, cured cheeses, pasta with tomato-based sauces. Asian: Korean barbecue, char siu, teriyaki beef, spicy Sichuan beef, yakitori, rich fried rice or noodle dishes.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested old-vine Garnacha; 20–25 days maceration, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel (25–30°C); 5 months in new French oak Bordeaux (French) barriques.

Produced by Bodegas Borsao (large Campo de Borja cooperative). Grapes from 35–60 year-old mountain vineyards at 600–700m on clay-limestone, stony soils in the Moncayo foothills.
