Pale yellow with white flowers, lemon oil, blanched almonds and hazelnut. Creamy, medium‑full palate with fine mousse, chalky minerality, candied citrus and a long saline, pastry-tinged finish.

釀造方式
 
100% Chardonnay; alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in temperature‑controlled stainless steel; aged ~5 years on lees under natural cork; traditional method, disgorged with ~4.1–4.2 g/L dosage.
