Aromas of lemon oil, orchard fruits, pastry and menthol. Medium–full, creamy palate with fine mousse, chalky minerality, subtle bitterness and a long citrus-tinged finish.

Maison Franck Bonville — family-owned Côte des Blancs producer since early 20th century (≈15 ha across Avize, Oger, Le Mesnil). Olivier Bonville leads production emphasizing terroir-driven Chardonnays.
