Bright orchard and citrus fruits (apple, pear, lemon oil) with white flowers, chalky flint, marzipan and warm brioche. Elegant mousse, saline minerality and a long, racy finish with subtle bitter-almond notes.

Méthode traditionnelle (Champagne). Whole-bunch pressing, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, long lees ageing (5–7+ years), disgorged May 2022; dosage about 6.7 g/L.
