Perfumed red cherry and raspberry aromatics with sous-bois, briar and spice; silky texture, fine tannins, bright acidity and a long, earthy finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested; mostly whole-berry fermentation with a small whole-bunch addition, native yeasts, ~16 days on skins; aged 15–17 months in French barriques (~25–35% new); light filtration, no fining.

Founded by Bill Dhillon; now led by Michael Dhillon. Single-site estate planted 1988 on quartz-rich soils in the Macedon Ranges; boutique, low-yield production focused on perfumed Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
