Bright citrus and green pear with white-flesh stone fruit, brioche and light toasted almond. Fine, creamy mousse, saline minerality and a precise, refreshing finish with floral hints.

釀造方式
 
Méthode traditionnelle; majority stainless-steel fermentation with small oak component, partial malolactic, high proportion of reserve wines and extended ageing on lees (multi-year). Low dosage (~3 g/L).
