Tight, mineral-driven Ansonica with dried pear, apple, lemon peel, saline granite minerality, toasted spice and light smoky oak. Full-bodied, bright acidity and phenolic texture with a long, steely finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested Ansonica; very soft pressing with dry-ice, <1 hour skin contact, 48h cold settling, alcoholic fermentation in new 225L French barriques at ~20°C; 12 months lees aging; no malolactic fermentation.

Single-vineyard Serrone on Isola del Giglio; goblet-trained Ansonica vines (often 80–120 years) on granite/sand soils. Produced by Bibi Graetz (Fiesole-based, artisanal estate).
