Blackcurrant and plum with graphite, tobacco, licorice and menthol; medium–full-bodied, fine ripe tannins, saline minerality and spicy cedar/oak; harmonious, focused and long on the finish.

Western: roast lamb, rib-eye, beef stew, mushroom risotto, aged cheeses (Comté/Gruyère). Asian: Peking duck, char siu (roast pork), Korean BBQ (bulgogi), teriyaki beef, Cantonese roast meats.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested; fermented in temperature-controlled vats; matured ~18 months in ~60–70% new French oak; blended and fined prior to bottling.
