Bright red-cherry and plum fruit with kirsch, raspberry, white pepper, herbs de Provence and licorice. Silky texture, succulent mid-palate, velvety tannins and bright acidity with a lingering, elegant finish.

釀造方式
 
Rhone-style co-fermented blend aged predominantly in neutral barrels/neutral oak to preserve fruit. Minimal new oak, gentle extraction to emphasize freshness and silky texture.
