Perfumed red/black fruits (cherry, blackberry, cassis) with violet, spice and earthy clay. Medium-bodied, fresh acidity, powdery tannins and a saline, persistent finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested (Sept 23–Oct 5); fermented in temperature-controlled vats; aged 16 months (44% new French oak) with a portion in amphora; 30 hl/ha yield; organic conversion begun in 2021.

Château Berliquet, owned by the Wertheimer/Chanel group since 2017, sits near Château Canon on a clay-limestone plateau. Technical Director Nicolas Audebert leads modernisation and elevated quality.
