Dense black-plum and cassis core with violet, graphite and cocoa notes. Plush, velvety tannins, bright mineral-accented acidity and a long, chalky finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested by parcel and variety, fermented in small vats, and matured ~16–18 months in French oak (≈45% new).

Historic St-Émilion estate (~10 ha) on the Magdelaine plateau; acquired by Chanel (Wertheimer family) in 2017 and worked by the Château Canon technical team.
