Bright Meyer lemon, citrus peel and apple blossom with perfumed jasmine. Palate shows lemon curd, Asian pear, zesty apple and flinty minerality, with subtle brioche toast and a silky, viscous mouthfeel; crisp, mouthwatering finish.

Roast chicken, grilled salmon with beurre blanc, creamy pasta or risotto; seared scallops, sushi or sashimi, miso‑glazed cod, tempura vegetables, soft cheeses (brie, camembert).
 

 
釀造方式
 
Cold-pressed and fermented in French oak barrels; aged eight months with 10% new French oak. Bâttonage (lees stirring) used to build texture; lots kept separate before final blending.
