Focused, mineral-driven Pinot with saline red-fruit (wild strawberry, blood orange), rose petal and crushed limestone notes; medium-bodied, fleshy core and a long, finely textured, energetic finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir, partial destemming, indigenous yeasts, traditional open-top vinification and gentle punchdowns; aged ~18–20–24 months in French oak with c.20–25% new oak.
