Crisp, mineral-driven Chardonnay with green apple, lemon zest, lime curd, chalky volcanic minerality, subtle toasted oak and saline, mouthwatering finish. Vibrant acidity and sleek mid-palate, long persistent finish.

Hand-harvested; whole-cluster pressing; native yeast fermentation in French oak (400L); ~10 months élevage in used barrels (≈10% new); minimal intervention; dry-farmed volcanic soils.

Vinos Baettig, led by Francisco Baettig and Carlos de Carlos, planted the Los Suizos vineyard in Traiguén in 2013; project focused on cool-climate Chardonnay and Pinot Noir reflecting volcanic soils and high rainfall.
