Perfumed red fruits—raspberry, redcurrant and sour cherry—layered with violet and sweet spice (cinnamon, star anise). Silky tannins, bright acidity and medium body with a mineral, amphora-driven texture and a fresh, gently sweet finish.

Vinified with indigenous yeasts in 13 Tuscan terracotta amphorae with manual punch-downs, limited whole-bunch use; aged ~6 months in amphora. Organic/biodynamic practices.
