Aromas of red cherry, raspberry and redcurrant with violet and subtle spice. Silky, concentrated mid-palate, bright acidity and fine tannins, finishing long with raspberry-jam and mineral notes.

Western: roast duck, coq au vin, mushroom risotto, beef bourguignon, roasted chicken with herbs. Asian: Peking duck, char siu pork, teriyaki salmon, miso-glazed aubergine, shiitake mushroom hot pot.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Biodynamic vine growing, hand-harvested grapes, 100% destemmed, indigenous yeast fermentation; aged 14–18 months in French oak (≈25% new); bottled unfined and unfiltered, following lunar schedule.
