Dark cherry, raspberry and plum with forest-floor, gamey sous-bois and a touch of cinnamon/cedar. Medium–full body, fine-grained tannins, lively acidity and a savory, slightly smoky finish.

Hand-harvested, biodynamic/organic viticulture; 100% destemmed, native-yeast fermentation with cool pre-maceration; aged ~14–18 months in French oak (c.15–30% new); bottled unfined/unfiltered.
