Intense ruby red; fresh red and black cherry, plum and blackberry with floral and spice hints. Soft, juicy fruit, lively acidity, low dusty tannins and a slightly sweet-tinged finish.

Western: tomato-based pasta, roasted lamb, porchetta, grilled tuna or salmon, pecorino and cured meats. Asian: teriyaki or miso-glazed tuna/salmon, Chinese red-cooked pork, Korean BBQ, spicy fish stews (Sichuan-style).
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested Monica with small additions of Carignano and Bovale. Fermented in stainless steel at 27–28°C with 8–10 day maceration; malolactic occurs. Aged 6–8 months in neutral French oak and further time in cement and bottle.
