Intense dark-fruit core (blackberry, plum), Mediterranean herbs, violets, cocoa and graphite. Full, velvety texture with refined tannins, balanced acidity and a long saline-tinged finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested, 10–12 day maceration; malolactic fermentation in glass-lined cement; ~12 months in French barriques/large wood, then bottle rest ~6 months.
