Intense ruby red with aromas of black cherry, blackberry, plum, violet, licorice and cocoa. Full-bodied, velvety texture, balanced acidity and fine-grained tannins, finishing long and persistent with spicy, herbal Mediterranean notes.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested, 10–12 day maceration; fermentation in stainless steel; malolactic in glass-lined cement; aged 10–12 months in French barrique, then ~6 months in bottle.
