Fresh citrus (lemon, grapefruit) and white peach with floral and herbal hints (jasmine, pine/mint), saline minerality and almond skin. Bright acidity, medium body and a sapid, slightly textural finish.

Western: grilled fish, spaghetti alle vongole, fregola with crustaceans, seafood salads, soft cheeses. Asian: sushi/sashimi, Thai seafood salads, Vietnamese shellfish dishes, grilled squid or calamari, light ceviche-style preparations.
 

 
釀造方式
 
100% Vermentino. Gentle pressing and cooling, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel (16–18°C) for ~20–30 days, brief aging on fine lees in steel, bottled after short rest.
