Straw-yellow with green highlights. Aromas of citrus, ripe stone fruit, pine and Mediterranean herbs; vibrant, saline and textural on the palate with bright lemony acidity and a crisp, slightly bitter finish.

Western: grilled sea bass, spaghetti with bottarga, fregola with clams, rock lobster, soft/medium cheeses. Asian: miso-glazed fish, sushi/sashimi (amberjack, tuna), Thai prawn curry, Vietnamese seafood hotpot.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested Vermentino; very light pressing (first press only), cold settling and stainless-steel fermentation at ~16–18°C for ~20 days, brief lees contact and short bottle ageing (1–3 months).
