Bright citrus and white-flower aromas with yellow stone-fruit, subtle Mediterranean herb and sea-spray minerality. Zesty acidity, medium body and a saline, persistent finish.

Hand-harvested Vermentino; gentle pressing and cold settling. Fermented in stainless steel at ~16–18°C for ~20–30 days, brief ageing on fine lees; small portion may see malolactic for texture.
