Dense red and black cherry fruit with floral (rose) and licorice notes, supported by saline minerality, gentle spice and powdery, silky tannins. Full-bodied, concentrated and long with a savory, slightly tobacco-tinged finish.

Manual harvest, double (manual + optical) sorting; vinified in thermo‑regulated concrete and stainless-steel vats with gentle maceration; aged 16 months in French oak (30% new).
