Pale crimson; bright red berries (raspberry, cherry), pomegranate and blood orange, floral and thyme notes, chalky/mineral backbone with a saline finish. Elegant, lifted and precise with fresh acidity and refined tannins.

Hand-harvested; spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts (some whole clusters) in oak vats; malolactic in barrel; aged ~16 months in oak foudres and bocoyes; minimal intervention; organically farmed.
