Concentrated dark-fruit core of blackberry, black‑currant and black raspberry with licorice, crushed violet, dark chocolate, espresso and mineral notes; meaty, fleshy palate with ripe, fine-grained tannins and a long, spicy finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested from old bush vines; berries sorted and fermented in small stainless-steel tanks, gently basket-pressed; aged ~24 months in new French oak with malolactic fermentation completed in barrel.

Bodegas Alto Moncayo (founded 2002) focuses on old‑vine Garnacha in Campo de Borja. Founded by Jorge Ordóñez and Chris Ringland, it sources 60–100 year‑old bush vines at high elevation on stony, clay‑mixed soils.
