Aromas of roses, cherry, strawberry, blood-orange and dried herbs with graphite and fennel. Full-bodied with velvety, refined tannins, bright acidity and long, mineral-tinged finish.

Hand-harvested Nebbiolo; 30-day maceration and stainless-steel fermentation; aged ~28 months in large 25hl Slavonian oak botti; traditional cellar practices, often using indigenous yeasts.
