Fresh citrus and white‑flower aromas with grapefruit, lime, ginger, apricot and melon. Creamy, unctuous mid‑palate from oak ageing, saline minerality and well‑integrated acidity, finishing long with subtle spice and toasted notes.

Grilled or baked white fish (seabass, cod), seafood paella, ceviche, sushi/sashimi, roast chicken, creamy risotto, soft smoked cheeses, Chinese steamed fish, Thai lemongrass prawns.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Predominantly Sauvignon Blanc blended with Verdejo. Fermented partly in French oak and stainless steel, aged on lees 5–7 months in French oak barrels, then bottled after élevage (bottled June 2023).
