Opulent Grande Champagne cognac — rancio, dried apricot and fig, toasted nuts, vanilla, honey and baking spices with subtle smoke and an extremely long, silky, nutty finish.

Western: dark chocolate, blue cheese, foie gras, roasted duck, roasted game, toasted nuts. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (Cantonese roast pork), red-braised pork (hong shao rou), miso-glazed eggplant, spiced Szechuan dishes.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Blend of ~100 Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie, double-distilled in Charentais pot stills and aged multiple generations (tierçons) in French oak in the Tesseron Paradis cellars.
