Lustrous topaz colour; heady, floral and ethereal nose with honey, figs, plums, exotic fruit, mocha and cocoa. Palate of macerated dried fruits, chocolate and marmalade; silky, supremely elegant with an exceptionally long, stylish finish.

釀造方式
 
Blend of Grande Champagne eaux‑de‑vie (Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche, Colombard), matured more than three generations (≈75 years) in Limousin oak tierçons, then married and bottled at 40% ABV.

Family house founded early 20th century; Domaine Tesseron (Châteauneuf‑sur‑Charente) keeps extensive Paradis cellars of old eaux‑de‑vie. Run by the Tesseron family (Alfred Tesseron) who also own Château Pontet‑Canet.
