Bright, elegant Pinot Noir: red cherry and raspberry with violet, subtle forest-floor and baking spice. Silky texture, fine chalky tannins, fresh acidity and a bright, saline finish.

Hand-harvested fruit; 2021 cuvée used ~50% whole-bunch fermentation, gentle extraction, aged 12–18 months in French oak with moderate new oak.
