Hand‑harvested fruit; c.50% whole‑cluster fermentation, indigenous yeasts, gentle extraction; élevage 12–18 months in French oak (estimated ~25% new).

A small project by Arnaud Sirugue & Sophie Noëllat (AS), started 2016. Tiny-production cuvée from the En Champs lieu‑dit beneath Champeaux; limited quantities made in a cellar in Vosne‑Romanée.
