Platinum-hued Riesling with flinty smoke, mirabelle and apricot, citrus zest and lime. Silky texture, saline minerality, fine phenolics and a cool, persistent, stony finish.

Western: poached lobster, steamed/roasted white fish, fried pike-perch, asparagus risotto, Palatinate Saumagen. Asian: sushi/sashimi, Chinese steamed fish with ginger & scallion, Thai steamed fish or mildly spiced green curry, Vietnamese fresh spring rolls.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested; spontaneous/native yeast fermentation after short skin contact; warm fermentation and ageing in large old wooden double‑barrels (Fuder); minimal intervention. Bottled as a dry VDP.GROSSES GEWÄCHS.
