Tasting Note
Medium-deep purple; aromas of violets, cherries and blackberry. Bright plum and raspberry fruit on the palate, with spicy herbal notes, fresh acidity, supple tannins and a clean, persistent finish.

Production Method
Grapes destemmed; cold maceration (5–7 days); fermentation with indigenous yeasts at ~25–27°C; ~20-day maceration; full malolactic fermentation; aged in concrete vats with a portion in French oak before blending and bottling.
