Tasting Note
Deep ruby with ripe cherries, plums and figs, layered with tobacco, leather, chocolate and warm spice. Medium–full-bodied, firm ripe tannins, balanced acidity and a persistent, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Tempranillo; destemmed and gently crushed. Fermented (selected or native yeasts) with pigeage/délestage in concrete or stainless vats; full malolactic fermentation; aged ~10–12 months in used French/American 225L oak barrels.
