Tasting Note
Deep violet color; expressive blueberry, dark plum, violet and rose aromas with herbal and mineral notes. Medium–full body, fresh acidity, silky entry, firm but polished tannins and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, fermented in gravity-filled tanks with indigenous yeasts; soft extraction (delestage/pigeage), ~20 days maceration, full malolactic; aged in concrete and French oak barrels.
