Tasting Note
Ruby red: cherry, cassis and violet aromas with spice and dark-plum notes; lively high‑altitude acidity, firm chalky tannins and a long, mineral-tinged finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermented with native yeasts in concrete vats (gravity-filled); 20-day skin maceration; full malolactic fermentation; aged in large 2,500 L foudres.
