Explosive black fruit (blackberry, dark cherry, plum) with baking spice, dark chocolate, mocha and dried mint; herbal/green-tea hints and chalky, fine tannins give structure and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Grapes from Altamira and Gualtallary; native-yeast fermentations in concrete vats, aged ~24 months mainly in 2,500L oak foudres and second‑use barrels.
