Tasting Note
Citrus, green apple and white blossom with mountain-herb (huacatay) and wet-stone notes; chalky texture, saline minerality, bright energetic acidity and a long, focused finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; native-yeast fermentation; ~70% fermented/aged in concrete vats, 30% in 500L used French oak; no malolactic fermentation; lees contact, minimal intervention.
