Tasting Note
Blackcurrant and blackberry with mint, black pepper and balsamic herbal notes. Cedar and subtle oak support a medium‑full body, fine dusty tannins and a concentrated, savory finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, lamb chops, burgers, aged cheeses, charcuterie, roasted root vegetables. Asian: Korean BBQ (galbi/bulgogi), Chinese red-braised beef, Sichuan beef dishes, teriyaki steak, miso-glazed eggplant.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; native-yeast fermentation in concrete tanks and gravity-filled vessels. Approximately 50% aged in used French oak 500L barrels, remainder in concrete. Sustainable, low-intervention viticulture.

Single-vineyard Finca Los Membrillos (≈1,100 m) in Paraje Altamira. Part of Zuccardi Family Estates; vines restored after acquisition in 2008. Winemaker: Sebastián Zuccardi.
