Tasting Note
Blackcurrant, plum and black cherry with minty/herbal and balsamic notes, cedar, white pepper and camphor; juicy, lively acidity, dusty tannins and a long, structured finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, beef empanadas, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (galbi/bulgogi), Sichuan pepper beef, Cantonese char siu, teriyaki beef skewers.

Production Method
Single‑vineyard Cabernet; low yields and late harvest in 2017; fermented and matured in large oak (500L) / French barrels ca. 12 months to preserve structure.

Finca Los Membrillos, Paraje Altamira (alt. 1,060 m). Old-planted site with calcareous, stony alluvial soils; surface irrigation and traditional trellising; acquired by Zuccardi in 2008 and managed for terroir expression.
