Tasting Note
Blackberry, blueberry, violet, graphite and wet earth; juicy, focused palate with fine calcáreous tannins, polished texture and long, restrained finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, roasted lamb, empanadas, aged Manchego. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu, spicy Sichuan beef, teriyaki chicken, ramen with braised pork.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; native-yeast fermentation in concrete vats (some full-cluster); matured in 500L barrels and concrete tanks.

Zuccardi family estate; the first vineyard planted by the family in Canal Uco (Paraje Altamira). High-altitude (≈1100 m), stony alluvial soils with calcium carbonate.
